AvachaTech's Financial Waterfall app is designed to track financial and operational performance of affordable housing properties and automatically calculates and projects the waterfall of project fee, reserve, loan, and bond payments throughout the compliance period.
The Financial Waterfall app is built in Salesforce, giving it built-in reporting and analytics capabilities. It can be installed as a stand-alone app within a new Salesforce environment or it can enhance your existing Salesforce architecture.

NOFA Application
Software Implementation
Designed and built an application and portal used by developers to apply for packaged loans for affordable housing development. The application includes the routing, scoring, approval, and award of applications.
MTW Impact Analysis
Data Modeling
Utilizing AvachaTech's proprietary software (VIA) and multiple Excel data models, helped several Moving to Work housing authorities analyze the impact of their MTW waivers. Included writing the full impact analysis covering all HUD required metrics, including impact on the agency's financials and disparate impact based on race, ethnicity and other factors.
IT Feasibility Study
IT Project Management
Wrote a feasibility study that assessed an agency’s software needs and business processes. The process included working with staff, board members, and state legislators to document all agency processes, identify gaps, and create a comprehensive report used to procure new software.

Our story
Todd Craven started AvachaTech with a focus on helping public sector clients improve processes and implement policy changes using technology and data modeling. AvachaTech has completed a number of projects, including software implementations, grant applications, policy implementations, feasibility studies, and data models. In addition, AvachaTech has developed a tool, called VIA, that will be used to help Moving to Work housing authorities measure the impact of various policy and program changes.
